What time is it?

One man is sleeping in the car on the road. Moment ago, a person passes by his car and knock the door. He ask the man in car that what time is it now? A man tells that I don't have a watch. That person goes forward to his destination. The man think that another person would ask him again. He just put a paper on his car door and mention that I don't know the time. Later on, another person knock car door again and tell him that it's 5 AM now.
